NEW FULL SERVICE BUSINESS CENTER OFFERS HIGH-TECH WORK ENVIRONMENT

(DENVER, CO) (October 1, 1998): Your Office USA opens its first Denver area business center today in a new state-of-the-art, high-rise facility in downtown Denver.  Denver-based Gary Hahnenkamp will own and operate the full-service center catering to the special business needs of remote corporate representatives, start-up companies, small business owners and home-based virtual office workers.

Located at 600 17^th Street in Denver’s central business district, the Your Office USA business center serves as a high tech office for telecommunications as well as technical, computer and administrative support. "Clients can select from a long menu of services ranging from temporary office space to personal phone service, voicemail, videoconferencing, Internet access, web site design and more," said Hahnenkamp. "Our mission is to provide clients with every service they need to run their own operation, whether it's a small business, startup company or a new corporate office." The center offers full and part-time furnished and unfurnished offices, conference facilities with professional audio visual equipment, personalized business and marketing services, mail box rentals and personalized telephone answering services. All incoming client telephone calls are answered by a receptionist supported by a sophisticated telecommunications/database system. The database provides client information such as a personalized greeting script, daily schedule and special instructions for how to handle particular calls.

The business center also will cater to the special needs of the home based worker. According to Hahnenkamp, a typical Your Office USA virtual client will have incoming phone calls patched to the client's current location; a home office, cell phone, hotel room or pager. Virtual clients also may use the center for a professional business address, as a delivery point and conference meeting facility.

Additional services include accounting and secretarial support using a variety of software programs including ACT contact management, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Access, Excel, Web page design/hosting, and Internet based data collaboration.
