We have transitioned to a new on-line conferencing room scheduling system called LiquidSpace as of January 1, 2012. 

We are excited about this upgrade in our conference room scheduling process and we think that you will be also.  Benefits of the new LiquidSpace system:

bulletLocate and schedule conference rooms in other cities.
bulletLocate and schedule conference rooms from your smart phone.

 

USE THE NEW SCHEDULING SYSTEM

As always you may call us to reserve a conference room.  However, we recommend that you adopt this new method of making conference room reservations as soon as possible.  To use the new scheduling system you will need to set up a User Account (your email address) and Password.  Click here to set up your account then click Join Liquidspace.

 

For the near term we will continue to accept reservations via email however we recommend against this method.  Due to the time delay in processing your request, the room may be reserved by another party with an online account to LiquidSpace.
